Went to Thermalflex's website and wrote them an email to see if they had a kit for our car and of course they said no. Funny thing is that they actually blame Stillen.
Sorry we don’t carry a kit for that car yet. Stillin(sic) said they wanted use to make a kit for that car but they never sent use hose to quote cost. So its up to Stillin(sic).
So if people are really interested we need to be persistent and make them make this kit.

I'm ignorant of this matter but what does Thermalflex make? Body kits?

From what I can see, the Thermal Flex hoses are thicker and more rigid than Hose Techniques, also the clamps I was sent, the Thermal Flex look alot better than the typical hose clamp, but the Hose Techniques one, looks like a T, and it clamps down with even force. STILLEN is too lazy to do it, so I picked up 20 yds / every size they had. I'm still deciding on which kit to use. My oil cooler and tranny cooler are in the car as well, and pics will be posted along with the upper chasis brace which will go thru testing shortly. Lower brace is in the prototype anodizing stage. Coilovers are nearly complete, and looks like the Aussie company may get my nod to produce the kit, and I have asked about an alternative to the RSB currently offered by STILLEN. I will know more shortly.
Intake systems will be available at Maxximum Performance NY BBQ on 7/7/01. Exhaust systems are being developed, and rear section is almost complete. Getting the right fit vs the stock rear section. B-Pipe 2.5" and 3.0", yes 3.0" for Supercharged or Turbocharged 4th Gens.
I've gotten my hands on a Cima VQ30DET, I am in the process of possibly purchasing the motor, and try a JDM swap.
This is gonna kill my S4 Budget.

-More info as it becomes available.

I'm sure there will be a few people interested in your 3.0" 5th gen full exhaust. Good luck with the project(s).

Now my car is "refreshed" and ready to pound the streets again. Now w/ that VQ30DET, need alot of research into that damm thing, and learn the wiring harness and how it compares from USDM to JDM. I wish it was like my B16A in my CRX, one wire for VTEC Solenoids. :sigh:
Friday night will be interesting on DPA.

-Peace

True, there isn't too much demand for it, but maybe you can prepare before a big batch of people ask. Then you'll go crazy trying to get the exhaust done.

Yeah, I still have the y pipe, cat, and muffler.
