OEM Alternator vs. Optima Yellow Top...guess who wins?
Welp, driving home from work today my alternator died out. I'm Guessing this is because I have had the battery drain down to 0 volts and rechange her to 12V a number of times.
It's all covered under warranty, at least I have that going for me.![naughty](https://maxima.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)
Just goes to show how BULLETPROOF those batteries are.
DAMMIT. I was planning on finishing the cluster and taking out the dash tonight.![nupe500](https://maxima.org/forums/images/smilies/maddance3.gif)
I'm curious to see if they are going to give me any s'hit about all of the, uhm...'extras'

Haha, probably not. Just to be on the safe side, I am going to remove power to the boards for all of the LEDs...not to mention I should probably get the cluster back in there.
