Looking for a replacement stock Grille for a 2002

I've searched the forums as well as custom enterprises, courtesyparts.com, ebay, and google. I haven't been able to find a plain factory grille to replace mine that has a very dull look to it. I want something with a new chrome-colored finish. Does anyone know where I can find one? Or is anyone parting out and looking to sell?? Thanks!

I have looked at the classified for the 5.5 Gens. I have an inquiry into the one that I've found but haven't heard back. Thanks.

maxima grills are pretty rare, basically to take out the original grill, you got to take out the front bumper, cut out the original one and fit it, if you are willin to do it go to http://www.streetscene.com
i got mine over there

heres how it looks like

Do you have any pics of yours with the color matching? I've been thinking about that alternative but I'm aprehensive about how it'd look. Thanks.

I love my painted grill and engine cover. Really makes my engine bay and front-end stand out.

I've never painted any part of the car, and i'm concerned it would look bad doing it myself. Did you paint yours yourselves? If so, any words of wisdom/insight?

FYI - Street Scenes only makes grilles for 00/01 Maximas. If you still want a mesh type grille like Street Scenes, check out JMS Products. http://www.jmsproductsinc.com/

Wow, that looks a lot better than I expected. Very nice. Did you get yours done at the shop as well? If so, how much $$? If not, any tips?

I think the body-colored look is better. I'm painting my engine cover gloss black right now, but adding a little flare to it than just plain. I will also be painting my grille gloss black when I get a chance. Jas, it is pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Just need to clean it completely, sand, prime, paint and clearcoat, while sanding with a fine sandpaper in between coats. I'll post pics once I'm done.
