HID protection

First off let me say that i did read the 5th gen rules

"16) On account of the high probability for theft of 02-03 HIDs, any threads pertaining to them or their security features, removal, installation, retrofitting, etc..., will be locked and the poster banned if they have not shown proof of purchase or ownership. This applies to ALL members, no matter how old/new they are. Suffice it to say, NOONE is exempt. Please feel free to PM with any questions."
and hopefully im not crossing the lines but i did search and this seems to be a banned topic.

How are 02-03 owners suppose to secure their HIDs. I read another post that nissan issued TSB on the headlights and will fix it for free however i cant find the recall anwere. Can someone show some proof of this if it is indeed correct so i can go to nissan to get it taken care of. And if not any advice on how to keep the lights on the car.

Once again if this topic is prohibited just dont reply and can a mod delete it.

Again, im not asking how to take them out or how they are secured, i just dont want to get mine stolen so i would like to know if there are any DIY's that will secure the lights to the car a little better than nissan intended

Thanks,
Mike

Edit: I actully found a thread with TSB links but they are all broken and from what i read they were only available in NY.

What are my options in Cali, can i go to the nissan dealer and talk with them without and printed proof of the TSB, any suggestions?
