Will it fit our engine/hood? Anyone have it done? Impressions of the mod?

Or maybe the better question would be is it possible, and is it worth it? I am very mechanically inclined but would like to know if anyone else has done this before I try. Thanks!

IIRC, a few people have done it, and the result wasn't too promising.
