N1 CAT back legal?

I have a 03 Max with a broken pipe at the muffler clamp to the B pipe. Looking to buy N1 aftermarket exhaust made by Tsudo or NHK. Will I have any problems passing NJ inspection?

I see Ebay is selling some of these made by Tsudo, anyone experienced them? Anywhere I can read some reviews on different kinds? TIA.

Tsudo is ok for the price but w/o the silencer you may get a headache. It's just too loud but again it's your choice. I would rather do a custom setup with a magnaflow or HKS axel back.
