Sway Bar

http://www.drivewire.com/performance...aybarkits.html

I've searched through the forum for information on the sway bars and i've yet to come to a comclusion for which sway bar is good. Due to the fact that i'm a noob at this stuff i would like ppl to give me a few suggestions. In your opinion, what's the best sway bar combo for front and rear? btw, does the gen 4 sway bars fit our cars?

I also look around on the gen 6 forum and noticed that they use the Altima SE-R sway bars, and a few guys actually said that the rear windshield cracked. I'm just curious what's the best possible set up is.

oh.. and from the link above, have anyone tried that?

also, does FSTB really work that well? or is it as in-significant as what my friends told me about. thanx everyone.

Get the Progress bar from the Cattman group deal in the Group Buy forum, and FSTB won't make a significant difference, so get a cheap one on Ebay.

95 on up fits the gen5. You can get a progress on off ebay for like 130 or so. Good deal good bar. There is a sticky in the suspension forum that will give you all the info that you need, quality price and where to find. There is little to no need for a front sway bar. The rear will change the handling dynamics of the car to close to neutral. Spend the 30 bucks and get a FSTB off ebay, cheap and an upgrade. It will decrease body roll slightly, any chassis stiffining is well worth it.

rswb all do pretty much the same thing. better look= more $$. same goes for fstb. more significant improvement with handling with rswb > fstb

Not to thread jack. But i purchased a fstb from ebay. The thing rubs on the intake manifold! Needless to say it's sitting in my garage collecting dust!

And it stated works on 2002-2003 maxima SE !!
