does anyone know if its safe to put 7000k interval on mobile 1 fully syn, or it needs to be changed every after 5000k?
regarding 01 maxima with over 100,000k

You should post your question in the fluid and lubricants sention. But I change my Mobil 1 sys every 5k along with oem filter.

 

I do 5,000 mile interval as well. The Mobil 1 should hold up fine for 7,000 miles, but your filter still gets dirty.

 

Regular Mobil1 or Mobil1 7000?

 

The best way to tell is to do an oil analysis. Send a sample to Blackstone.
