just bled my clutch and i do not have any pressure with the clutch.

the pedal wont even come up by it self. i dont see any leaks.

i've already tried adjusting the ASCD switch or pedal stopper bolt.

this sucks.

 

do you have enough clutch fluid [brake] in there?

try bleeding it again.. you are making sure that when you bleed there arent any air bubbles right?

spoke to my nissan rep and he says sometimes it takes up to a bottle to bleed sometimes?

could the cylinder just break like that? all i did was disconnect the clutch line and reconnected.

 

I just recently had to replace a hydraulic clutch line. My clutch started to lose pressure little by little. I Discovered I had a couple pin-hole leaks in the hose that goes from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder. It took about an hour to replace. After all was back together I had 0 pedal pressure(obviously) so I had to bleed it, it took almost a full bottle. The way to bleed was exactly like the brakes, have someone pull the pedal up and down by hand and on the downstroke of the pedal you open the slave cylinder bleeder vave. I had to do this about a dozen times to get the pedal the way it should be.

Do you have any clutch fluid on the ground? Is your slave cylinder empty?

 

everything is fine, no leaks.

just spoke with my nissan rep and he suggested pumping it very slowly. apparantly pumping it fast introduces a fair bit of air into the mixture.

i really dont want to replace anything more.
