Need a How-To on LED Mirror Shell Install

Hey,

I don't know what i'm doing wrong, but i can't seem to wire up my LED mirror shell lights. I have it connected and it works, but my fuses keep on blowing. Let me know how you installed it and any pics if possible. Thank you all in advance for any help in the matter.

Did you use a relay?

Thats why the fuse keeps blowing my friend.

You should double check your wiring and use a relay on each side. You can use a wire from the side marker signal lamp on each side to activate the relay. You probably already have 95% of the wiring done to accomplish this.

Good luck

You do not need a relay...sounds as though you simply have an exposed lead, Tai. I would throw a higher rated fuse (i.e. +5Amps) and see what happens.
