Have been having issues for the last 6 months. Sometimes the drivers window would not go up and I would have to play around with buttons from the other windows and then it would go up. Yesterday it got stuck down. I eventually banged on the door enough and i got it to go up but now it is stuck up.

Is the problem the motor or the button assembly? I am leaning towards the button assembly.

Anyone have a similar issue?

motor for sure... it is a common problem

 

After playing with it more I was almost convinced it was the button assembly. That button is kind of loose and doesn't look like it makes contact as well.

Is there any way to tell for sure?
