My speedometer lately started having problems. It does not start moving till the car gets up to about 15mph and then it jumps from 0mph. although it has no problem showing lower speeds while the car is comming to a stop. please help.

 

Ohhhh I thought you were going to say that everything worked but the overall mileage stayed the same.....I would have traded you!

From 0mph-15mph there is something wrong....but he says it picks up after 15mph and goes normal from there....

 

Sounds more mechanical than electrical to me.
