2002 wrx spoiler

i am thinking about buying a black 2002 wrx spoiler for my 2002 infiniti i35. i getting the part from someone on the 6th gen forum. do you think it will look nice or not. an inifiniti i35 is very similair to an 02-03 nissan maxima. the only difference are the front and the back of the car. but besides that we have the same side bodies, interior, and enginie

Yeah, I think that would be a pretty bad idea. Does not match the lines of the car at all.

I would also suggest a cattman rear section. It will look, sound, snd perform better than the can On there right now.

Like Kobalt said, keep it classy please

please no..... they don't even look good on WRX's....they look like ironing boards.

If you want a spoiler that will look nice, go with the one from the G35 sedan. Btw, the car looks nice but you really should change the muffler out to something as classy as the car...

btw....everyone here knows all about i35's

The flaming is expected from Jason and CC, but the flaming from a bunch of n00bs is idiotic. It was a valid question and should be answered with a polite answer, IMO.

Kobalt and NewLoveI30 should serve as examples of how to post critical comments...

We can say it's ugly, or that it won't look good (after all, he was asking our opinions) but if I was a moderator, posts like this:

WTF ROFL ahaha Man weres this kid at i wanna pimp slap him bIACCHHHHH
.....would be good for a week ban. Post a valid opinion or STFU. Straight-up flaming is uncalled for.

Please keep your stock spoiler and get rid of that muffler. That style exhaust does not belong on a luxury sedan.

I'm sure in Jersey somewhere there is a body shop or maybe bodykit shop that has the spoiler your looking for. Find one there and put it up to your car and you'll see. I just don't think that it would look good at all.

None the less man it's your car and you pay the notes on it so get what you think you would like. By the way do they make lip kits for your car? You should either replace the rear section of your exhaust or get a lip for the rear end to cover it up some. Good luck.

As Irish, sooner, and pretty much everyone else here here has stated in thier own words.. bad idea. Now I wish I had some of that thread lock stuff Puppet always uses. lol

By the way, YOu have a nice car, I'm gonna assume you're young and in your ricer years ( I could be mistaken), please for the love of the Virgin Mary's hymen, change that Cannon you may call an exhaust and get something more subtle. As irish stated, that car is too classy for that kind of rice.

I assume you're talking about the WRX spoiler and not the STi spoiler. The WRX spoiler looks good on a 6th Gen but probably won't flow with an I35. Like someone already posted above, a less risky choice would be the G35 spoiler.

Btw people, I'm going to keep this open for a constructive and civil discussion, but any more flaming and its gonna have to be locked.

If you're set on getting a WRX type rear spoiler, look into Ionic Dynamics' wing or a G35's.

IMHO, the rear wing that's already on your car is designed to flow smoothly with its lines and not look out of place. I agree with everyone that the exhaust needs to be more subdued. If you want to aesthetically improve the looks of your car, look into suspension modifications and wheels.

Are you talking about the wrx or the sti spoiler? I would not put it on my car but if you like it then you should go ahead.

I don't recall referring to his exhaust but instead appreciated the good looks of an I35 as a whole...
