How Much For A Paint Job?

Im looking to get a paint job. Im loving the sterling mist color way. Does anybody have an idea of how much it would cost? Also, do you recommend any places?

Rule of thumb for paint: you get what you pay for. If you pay for a cheap Maaco paint job and you plan on keeping the car for some time, more that likely the paint will start to look like crap in a few years. I know some of the big paint companies have lifetime warranties on their finishes. I know Sherwin Williams does. Maybe Dupont does too, not sure.

This is not from experience, as I have never had a car painted before, just from what others have posted in the past.

Try posting in the regional section for recommendations on body shops in your area.

I'm not from NY but consider what color your coming from to what color your wanting to go to. They have to paint the jams under the hood etc... I went a couple shades darker then sterling mist plus added a metallic flake and I paid right around 2gs. Excellent paint job imo. You should be looking at around 1800 to 2000 if you want a good job. If not then go to Maaco they'll hook right up.
