ES Bushings, Whats the effect?

Right now I'm on OEM Bushings all around. I want the car to be a little smoother and get a better handling when on the streets. Im on my way to do a make over with my suspension. What effect will i get if i change my bushing from OEM to ES Bushings.
I want to change .

Front sway bar Bushings
Motor Mounts Bushings

And what about the control arm bushings/ what effect will i get if change to ES bushings.
Last Questions
What other bushings can i change that have a big impact on the car.

Thanks

There's also rear trailing arm and subframe connector bushings.

I feel that when putting in poly bushings, the ride is more precise, not as sloppy. It adds some control and a more solid feel.

With the stiffer motor mount inserts, you may experience more vibration in the cabin at idle, although people have varying opinions of this. Despite that, I think the slight increase in throttle response makes it worth it.
