OEM GXE 5th Gen Radio Dash Kit

I'm in search for the SINGLE Din kit. I searched and all i find is the double din screen ones. Do I have to buy the double DIN version and some how fit a single DIN in there? I'm confused how it works. I want to know where can I buy the single DIN version like in Irish's setup. BTW, the headunit I will be orering is the Pioneer DEH-P880PRS. Someone please help?

Thats the ugly cheap one... I know for a fact they sell the GXE double din w/ the lines to match the rest of the center console, they run for about $60. Let me see if I can find it...

Might wanna look out for a used one on ebay or the classified section if that price is to high for you.

Im gonna try getting the Metra and fiberglass it order to flush mount the headunit. I've found paint that matches the Stainless Steel color on the dash so I'll just paint it over. Worth a try, it's only $20.

That is the GXE ventilator with a Nissan non-doored cubby tray (there is a tray with a flip-down door also) . I don't think there's a Nissan kit that is made for single DIN. I believe you have to piece to parts together (GXE + cubby) to get that setup.

This is correct. If you want the pocket with the door, its a 4th gen part.

He wants the DDIN, not the whole center ventilator housing. I have that double din in mine, it's real nice having that tray. Came with the car though.

wrong.

No actually he wants a single din radio. But in order for it to look right you need to get the whole ventilator assembly.

For the GXE, its all one piece (the DIN cover and the center ventilator housing).
