HID Fog light problem...

I just bought an H3 HID kit for my fogs but I am having a problem trying to get the bulb in the assembly/housing. It's almost in but the glare guard is keeping it from fitting in all the way...Any ideas????

You have 2 choices: 1. Take out the shield. 2. Buy h3 mini bulbs.

how do you take out the guard?

You can also bend the shield a little so the bulb will fit.

I suggest taking it out. It wont blind anyone since its placed low and it will make the light on the road brighter. Theres a thread in here that explained how to take it out...i cant search. Its not that hard either way, bend and pull basically. Just be careful not to crack the glass.
