Transmission fluid change ... part #'s correct???

For a 2000 SE, are these the correct part #'s

tranny pan gasket 31397-80X01
19mm tranny drain plug 31377-31X06
tranny screen 31728-80X04

Are there any other parts I need to change while I'm changing the fluid?
Besides the gasket, are the drain plug and screen necessary to change?
Thanks much!

You don't need to do any of that to change your fluid. There's a write up in the Stickies on how to change it just through the in/out lines going to your radiator. I believe you can't get all the fluid out by just dropping the trans pan. Only like 4 qtrs I believe is in the trans pan, leaving 4-6 more quarts elsewhere. Good luck m8.

correct. the rest is left in the torque converter. i would definately recommend dropping the pan to clean the shavings off the magnets. also if you do replace the screen which is not really necessary unless its torn, make sure you mark/remember which bolts came out of which holes since there are a couple different sizes holding the screen up.

2000 and 2001 models use the same part #'s when it comes to the transmission items? Thanks!
