good thread.... i thought i was the only one thinking about these fogs....

I photoshoped how it might look, but ended up thinking it was NOT drastic enough to cough up the dough to buy them. $50+ is a bit much if you ask me for a subtle change.... ill try to post my photoshopped version.

ok guys the new fog lights are in they come out really nice especially if you have te black housing headlight like i have. the one thing i would like to let everyone know is that the company who made them cheaped out on the wiring. I actually used the back gasket from the stock fogs and the lamp from the new ones. THe design uses a set of male spades instead of the stock nissan harness. It isnt hard to make them wokr right. I think i had them from start to finsih in about an hour. Once i can get some good pics i will put them up

You have to host the pics first on some web site and then get the url for the pic and use the "Insert Image" icon and put the url in there. Simple.

well i am interested in someone giving me a website that can host my images. BUT AND THAT IS A BIG BUT, i have been very unhappy with the lights this evening. I came home from dinner and was excited to see how they looked. so i turned them on and WELL to be honest they look better in light then in dark. These lamps have no mirror/chrome backing to them. I always thought that without that reflective layer the bulbs would not produce much light and yeah i was right. These lights are no special peice. BEcause they dont have anything to reflect the light the bulb is only as strong as the light it and only IT produces. In the end, yes they look good and mathc the healdights for those with the black headlights and even the projectors but they do not have a functional purpose. i am awaiting a response from the vendor in regards to exchanging them for the titanium series which they call "smoked". I will keep you guys posted.

Someone send me a website that i can use to post the pics and i will get right on it

Hmmmm that sucks man, maybe this would be a good application for HID's. What type of bulbs did you use? If you need a place to host the pics or don't know what you are doing send me an email to blprice2@gmail.com and i'll help you out

I'm getting the impresion that a vendor out there is spraypainting the OEM headlights black and selling them for $50+. The titanium ones do seem more practical. But I wonder if the good ol' plastx will work on the OEM fogs.

and hey alicious, you must have had some serious issues in the past, cause your really advertising that tool of yours. "New alarm system".

no way man the lights are way to perfect to have been opened and painted and there is no leftovers from the paint that he would have used

yes I am, someone broke into three maxima's in 12days where I live and stole out our airbags. The messed up part is that all of the cars that were broken into were parked about 60-100yards apart from eachother & of course nobody saw anything.
