wheel spacers ?

I have a 03 max and live in NY where the potholes are no joke.

I wanted to know are wheels spacers really safe?
I wanted to go with some 25mm in the rear and 5 or 10mm in the front.
I just looking for a better handling ride.

Or is there something better recommended.

Thanks

Just make sure they are hub centric and come with longer replacement studs and you'll be safe. H&R brand are highly recommended.

These guys have very competitive prices and quite a few org'rs have bought from them:

Forgive my ignorance….. what’s the negative with spacers? Harsher ride? Why is that?

There is no negative as far as I'm concerned. Some people complain about a shimmey feeling or vibrations, but I have yet to experience a negative.

I honestly can see no negative with installing hubcentric spacers (unless you don't use the proper length studs).
