need help with fog & headlight bulbs...please advice

I am planing to upgrade the bulbs on my 2k1 se. currently i am using some cheap aftermarket nonbrand bulbs which are not high wattage output.

I want to upgrade with the followings so please advice if they are safe for the wiring and do they become overheated and blow etc etc?

for fogs: PIAA H3 SUPER PLASMA GT-X BULB 55W = 110W OUTPUT (5000K)
PAIR PRICE $46.00

for headlamp: PIAA H4 SUPER PLASMA GT-X BULB 60/55W = 135/125 OUTPUT (3800K/5000K) PAIR PRICE $57.50

If anyone else know the better prices than above please suggest.
thanks in advanve.

Silverstars get my vote.... Haven't tried them in H4 or H3, but had the 9006 on my last car and loved 'em.

Sorry, can't help you on the headlight bulbs, since I have the HID's...but as far as the fogs, I have the PIAA's Extreme Whites which match my HID's almost perfectly and they are still going strong. I have had them well over a year now. No melting or frying of the harnesses. PIAA's are great if you get a pair that will last. Their rated high outputs usually have short life spans. Luckily, I have had great luck with mine.

I also have the PIAA exteme white for my fogs. They are good bulbs, i like them simply because they match my headlights. I've had them for about a year and no problems what so ever. I use them all of the time, literally. I'm thinking about switching to HID's for my fogs, but the kits ive seen are a little too pricy.

I was using philips vision plus after the reccomendation of a member on this forum. The output was a little better than silverstars IMO. They looked pretty good too. I haven't done anything with my fogs yet, but I wanna get some hids in them too. Here's some visions plus on ebay - they only sell them in europe:

SilverGLE- I like the middle pic in your sig. Car looks real nice from that angle and makes me miss my g35 rims!

I'm currently running:
Super Plasma GT-X (H4) Over 1 year
Super Plasma Ion (H3) Almost 2 years

I have had no problems with these bulbs other than the price when it first came out, imported from Japan.
