Wheel Bearing Replacement

Wheel Bearing Replacement
God, I feel bad posting this but I just spent an hour or so searching and couldn't find anything... is there a how-to for wheel bearing replacement? I've looked through the FSM and it seems pretty straight-forward and I've got a friend with access to a press. I don't think the bearing is all THAT bad so I'm not sure that the hub is bad as well. I'd like to just start with the bearings and see where that gets me. My wife has 4 new tires, alignment, balance, and one bent wheel (which I thought might be causing the problem) replaced and it's still vibrating around 65+ The guys at the shop put it on a lift and showed me a little play so I think they may be right that the bearing is going bad. Car has 110K miles and has been driven primarily in Jersey City and the surrounding area with tons of potholes so....
Anyway, anyone have any links? Also, where's the best source for those bearings?

http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php/704 (there are 5 parts, so follow the links at the bottom of the pages).
It is for a 4th Gen, but it will be pretty much similar.
