sorry no pic at the second, but when you go to install a berk or frankencar WAI, while removing the stock box you remove the crankcase breather hose (bout 3/4in) and this lil maybe 1/4in hose from the side of the BOX part, that hose goes to a T fitting, off the T it heads to the VIAS and the other to a sensor mounted to the stock intake scoop. I can't seem to find where you reconnect the this hose assembly to a WAI if you even need to at all

 

I did a intake set up for a 5th gen and had to drill out three spots for the hoses you are referring to in the mid pipe. I know the vaccum line is definitely needed, if it's not connected it will throw off your ECU. The other two were going to the sensor on top if I'm not mistaken. You could do the same as I did just to be safe.
