P0464 - CEL How do i fix?!!?

Pulled out a code P0464 from Checkers it reads : Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Intermittent....WHAT the hell does that mean? and uhhh i already tighten my gas cap what else could it be?

it's a floater within your gas tank that sends your fuel lavel to your dash gauge.

GUESS WHAT?!?! i took it to the dealership and it was the O2 sensor...HOWZ THAT?!?! it was covered under warrenty I just had to pay diagnostics, which came to about 150 =)

If it is under warranty why did you have to pay diagnostics?

I know this is an old *** thread but i currently have this problem....although my p0464 code only comes on if i fill the tank, although now that you mention the thing about the 02 sensor....most of the time it comes on p0154(i think) comes on also. Did the dealer by chance explain how they are related?
