What to do when the SIM won't help (P0430)

the SES had dissapeared for 3 weeks after installing SIM. On the 1st long distance trip (120 miles each way) the SES came back on. Any suggestions are welcome.

From what I've heard about O2 sims they do work. It may be an installation issue, or you have to install another O2 sim somewhere. However, I don't have any experience with them myself.

It could be a faulty o2 sim also. On the o2sim support forum, they ask to check the resistance or something with a a multimeter to see if it falls within spec. I have a faulty o2 sim so I have to send mine back.
