Anyone know where I can get the SMC or Pacesetter Short throw shifter for the 5th gen. Website would greatly help.

And is it safe to assume that short shifters for the 4th gen would fit the 5th gen?

Thanks

Green2 .. I don't know & I don't intend 2 find out

I'm going 2 pay s/o 2 do it ... I've been quoted $80 CDN 4 the install of the STS, boot & **** ... that's about $55 USD.

Yeah, I know installing it is fun...but if it involves taking off the pre-cat, and since I don't want to screw anything up, I just wanted an opinion about how hard or tricky it is

I think the hardest thing I have ever done for a car is replacing the spring for the front struts...pain in the buttocks compressing the spring...
