Nice quality headers. The welds are nice with good penetration. The weld around the o2 bung is a little sloppy. I like the collector and flange design. You should polish them to a mirror shine! That would look so good. Good luck.

New design... it makes my Gen 1's look like a shorty header since my y-pipe is so much shorter.
...ps, to ALL of you who think header installation is a bish... its quite easy actually... and Steven88 will testify to that.

it does look like a bich... but i do heavy work on military trucks for a living... and considering all the tight spaces i don't know... lol i just had the hardest time installing the freaking o2 simulator... the wires wouldn't keep the solder i think the wires on the o2 sensors have some sort of coating on it i gess for heat protection... but i finally got it done... solderless tho... ehhh we'll see how things roll

I did mine over a year ago with a simulator and haven't had one CEL.

As for AF tuning, get a dyno or some data logs after the header install to see if its necessary before spending money on a piggyback. That being said, most of us run rich with headers. More info in the header sticky.

You are absolutely right. O2 sensor wires cannot be soldered. Crimps will be needed for them to hold the connection.
