I've seen twice as many as you have that have not done anything but work, minus the few small known glitches that can be read about in the FI and AM forum.

Hey Kabir,

I've been out of it for over a week now, so I'm just reading this thread for the first time. Didn't start out so great, but fortunately some of the others new about how these headers have to be designed (O2 wire extensions, drain plug, etc.).

Good for you to get them installed yourself with simple tools. I'll note that my catback has been thrown out of adjustment while we were prototyping header/y-pipes even though it was just right to start with. Just loosen up the flanged connections and adjust as necessary to get things back into alignment so nothing rattles. You may want to pay an experienced exhaust tech do it; someone who's good can eyeball how it needs to line up real easily and make the adjustments at the flanges.

Brian

Thread title changed. Just wanted to make it less negative, since most of the so-called "problems" have been explained or fixed.

Save the runfiles on a thumb drive, DL DJ reader from DJ site, upload on your CPU, zoom/compare/look @ different CF's, transfer to Excel, see conditions

All in the comfort if your own home.

There are many ways . . . . . . . Look around and use your search, check the header sticky.

Just bad gas mileage. I've had headers for almost a year now, untuned, with no issues.
