Rear cup holder insert???

Is there a rear cup holder insert? my rear cup holder pulls out, but it seems like it should come out farther because cups dont fit well. The reason I wonder this is because it seems like there is something stuck inside which is preventing it from being pulled out all the way? Anyone?

there is a tab in there meant to prevent it from pulling out all the way. it pulls out enough for smaller things (can of soda) but wont fit larger cups.
ive NEVER used the rear cup holders. i rarely have people in the back seat and if I did, they wouldnt be allowed to bring drinks in the car.

I use my rears for myself. Cups or bottles in the front holders get in the way of my shifting, so I use the rears.

I've done the same thing as you zero. Especially when it's an empty coffee cup that's rattling around....the holder in the back keeps it tight enough for it not to make any noise, as well as out of the way .

Sounds like it wasn't put back together completely, but at least you can fit big gulps in the back now.

That is pretty funny, but I'll try it out in the spring.

It's a little more reaching, but its more annoying to go into 4th gear and slam your wrist into your Big Gulp.

This could be the start of a new trend.

the only thing that goes in the rear holder is my empty coffee travel mug when im on my way home from work and have another drink in the front.
usually the only thing i have in the front is a can so it doesnt reach high enough to bother me.

I put my Corona beer bottles in the rear cup holder! Works great as a 2 bottle mini-cooler too, just add some crushed ice and place the Corona on top! Or you can use the center console as another mini-cooler for your Miller Lite cans!
