Link for expoxy to attach the LED DDEs (angel eyes)

Can someone give me a link to the clear expoxy they used on the LED angel eyes for BMW E46s. The only epoxy that they carry in the store close to me aren't clear.

And when you use it, do you run a full bead all the way around the rings or only in certain spots? By the way...I know from past projects that when super glue is heated up it leaves a white powder film. Does the epoxy leave that same type of film after you re-bake the lights?
