I have an 03 with HLSD. I have this noise that I noticed a couple weeks ago, it happens when I am turning and only when the car/gear lube are still cold. When the car is warned up it doesn't do it. It makes a errr errr errr sound like a tire locking up on dry pavement, but it makes it on snow or dry pavement. I also have to be giving it some gas, it doesn't happen when I am easing it. The tires are not rubbing anything and it is not the cv axles. Just wondering if any of you have had this happen. I was thinking it has something to do with the LSD. It started making the noise after I tried to do a reverse donut in the snow.
