How to remove teh axles from the tranny...

Hey guys, I'm kind of rebuilding my 2k1 max now, I'm in the process of removing the axle before the engine and tranny get removed, I've removed the ball joint, coilover, brake everything is removed now I just need to know how to pull the axles out ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AA

Step 1: Move this to a general forum.
Step 2: For Driver you just push in and pull out fast and hard. Passenger you have to unbolt the axle mount thing on the engine, and then it is the same as the driver.

Use a pry bar. Works great. Longer the better.

use a pry bar. I wouldn't use force to yank it out if you were to pull it out, the joints could come out of the socket.

+1 on pry bar, should come out with no problems, just make sure you get the three bolts on the passanger side.

Thank you guys for the infos I knew I would get starit answers. The reason I posted here is because it seem to have more people who had to deal with that kind of stuff.

95BLKMAX with that kind of attitude you will go no where in your life, the first time I drove a maxima you where still wearing diapers.
