2000 SE 5 speed, what tranny oil ??

Sorry dont have the owners manual and wanted to know what's the capacity and reccomended weight transmisson oil for a 2000 5 speed..

Synthetic, conventional,, ?? what rating ??GL 4, 5 ?? ... thanks Chris.

You might try synthetic if you live in the cold.

I put it in my 2000 5-speed. Contrary to what I have heard, it did not making shifting any smoother, but even when it is near 0, the shifter moves smoothly at startup, where as before it was liking moving through sludge until the trans warmed up.
