Is it almost the same thing as on the 4th gen?

Me and RBa want to attempt to put on the y-pipe, but I couldn't seem to find any instructions anywhere.

I know MaximaDriver has a How2 on putting a y-pipe on, but that's for a 4h gen.

So... anyone know any links to a How2 on putting on a y-pipe for a 5th gen?

Yup it is pretty much the same as the one on maximadriver.com. Once you get under there and get your hands dirty it is pretty straight forward espeicially with the 4th gen install instructions. Be sure you have your gasket set on hand.

should be essentially the same. I ran into problems with my install since the thread on one of the bolts was stripped. I had to get a shop to melt the bolt off since their impact wrench couldn't do it either.

definitely some swivel joints. Also, a breaker bar and deep sockets are a must.

oh..yeah...unless u have a hydrolic lift, it's a good idea to have a piece of carpet or something for ur back...for u'll be spending quiet a time underneath ur car.
make sure ur car is cool down before u get any near the cat..
