Maf Excellent....shifting Not

I just changed the old maf and now my car hauls *** i cant ever remember it being this fast....now with all the power ive noticed 1-2 shift is to soft and it slips at full throttle when it hits 6K and takes like .5 of a second to shift...has anyone had this happen to them too???? AND HOW CAN I FIX IT?????

Did you do the idle relearn procedure?

Why exactly are you doing WOT runs?

wats the idle relearn procedure???? and because i wanted to see how well the MAF works and i wanted to see how the car was doing from changing it

does anybody have any clue how to fix it or is it screwed up???? i dont know what to do now...when i dont floor it, it shifts fine and all normal...it only happens when i floor it

i dobt its related to the MAF. Check your tranny fluid.. maybe flush the tranny... other than that, i dont know.. i had the same thing from 2nd-3rd... i have like 52k miles.. i chenged my tranny oil... good as new..

ok good well then i will have to do that for sure but i mean it started doing that since i changed the MAF sensor....i mean my car went from a 16.5 second car to probably now like a 15.6 second car...i got that from me racing my friend and he ran a 15.5 car and i was super close to him like he was barely beating me
