LEDs for the turn signals?

i'm considering putting some LED bulbs in my turn signals but i've noticed that autolumination has a plethora of bulbs. i'm just wondering what you guys are using for the front and rear turn signal bulbs if you're using LEDs.

thanks.

If you install LEDs for your turn signals, you will most likely need to purchase some LED Load Equalizers.

yeah you will, i put LEDs in the rear, you'll need one for each, they have them on ebay as well for like 2 bucks cheaper than autolumination i think. Post pic after you get those installed, i was about to get those too.

if you don't put the equalizer the blinkers are gonna become super fast like how mines are super ricey but i'm soo lazy to get those things, plus you have to cut into the wire and it might cause a fire YIKES! of course it will only if you do a ****ty job, but i heard the resistors get hot? but led Turn signals are good especially for the rear since it gets rid of that ugly yellow look for the front i just got some silverstar turn signals, they look blue but light yellow.

The life of the LED bulbs will decrease a good amount if load equalizers are not put in. you dont really cut into any wires, they come with splicers that have gel filled channels. the resistors do get hot all you need to do it place it where no plastic is and call it a day.

I'm running the super white light tower 2's from autolumination.
No problems, and they look great. PM me for pics if you like.

I actually had a cop in my county stop me because she thought they were blue, i took them out of the headlights and showed her that they were the same polarity of 4300k HID headlight (white, with a slight blue hue) and that from a distance they look blue but aren't really, she agreed, told me to not be a smart *** next time and let me go on my way.

Replaced mine with the 3watt Luxeon bulbs from superbrightleds. Nice bulbs, really bright compared to other bulbs you can buy. My only complaint is that on a bright day, they are NOT as visible as regular bulbs. I consider this to actually be dangerous as people do NOT always know what your intentions are.

If you are going to get LEDs, get the brightest available or don't get any at all..

took these with my camera phone this evening in the parking garage, sorry for the ****-poor quality. Take that into account when judging the polarity of the bulbs.

I am looking for headlight bulbs. I went to autolumination but they have wedges dual ciruit single cirucit etc tec. I am just looking for the brightness in the headlight and then the 2 side bulbs in the same headlight to match. Can anyone give me the correct set up for a nice blue look like the guy above this post.

I also want to change the yellow turn signal in the rear to (clear white or red) Do you guys know what bulb that is at autolumination?

Thank you in advance.

Sterling N.

Does anyone have these? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=200083369807

if so show some pics with them in.
