Thoughts on Koni "Yellows" and what springs to get for them?

Thoughts on Koni "Yellows" and what springs to get for them?
Done some searching and there's bits and pieces of info out there on the Koni Yellows, most here that have them seem to like them.
Do you guys have any thoughts on those shocks? I have a connection that gets a significant discount on them and will indefinately. So I think once my warranty runs out in October I'll get some Yellows. Any spring recommendations for these shocks?
Do you like these? Hate these? Dislike them? Better for the money? Just looking for opinions as well as potential suggestions for another brand, though given the discount I have available on Koni's I am definately leaning that direction.

Will these affect my ride height/camber any? I'm not really looking to lower the car anymore than about 1/2 inch if at all due to clearance issues with my driveway.

If your are looking for performance get the Eibach springs. I absolutely love mine, although they can get a bit rough over bad streets. Which seem to have multiplied with all the damn snow we have seen this winter. For comfort, I hear H&R's are nice.
I use Illuminas on my Max, but have used the yellows with my SAAB. They were very nice shocks, but a bit of a PITA to install since they are only inserts and require you to cut apart your original struts and Frankenstein the two together.
Also, the rear yellows are a b!tch to adjust because you have to actually remove the strut from the car and twist the plunger to dial in different shock valving.
Those were the main reasons I decided to go with the Tokicos. Ease of installation and adjustment. Plus, they are a killer shock absorber.
EDIT: Sorry, but I dont know of any aftermarket springs that lower less than an inch. The Eibach's will drop you about 1.5". I have to take my drive at an angle to avoid scraping, but it is SO worth it.

Your stock springs will work just fine with aftermarket struts. Would make your ride more comfortable and controlled because you would be able to match your spring rate with shock valving and your preferences.
What exactly were you looking to improve/change with your suspension modifications? ie. looks, comfort, performance? And what are you willing to sacrifice? These questions will help determine exactly what you should be looking for.

Function > Form IMO
I want to improve the transition response, steering feel and turn in on the car. I want a firmer ride and a more controlled car for high speed transitions. Figured Koni's might not be a bad place to start.
