I just picked the car up from getting a new clutch, slave cylinder, and clutch master cylinder installed, and it now has a rough idle. It's only when its warmed up and idling around 800 RPM....its smooth as can be everywhere else. It did sit for almost two weeks while waiting to get these repairs done (I work at the shop where it was done, and it never moved) so is it possible that if I drive it a few days it will go away? I'm not getting a check engine light or anything like that, so I'm looking for any ideas as to what this might be. I did recently replace the plugs as well, and that was about 2 months ago. Have you tried the free search option on the forum bar????? It could be alot of things so search around the old threads

I did, and I couldn't find anything concerning 5th gens.

General rough idle threads will give you ideas of what to check. A few things to check for would be a vacuum leak from when the intake was removed. Check to see if everything is tight. Also, checking general things like the spark plugs might help.
