H.I.D fog lights question.

Hey guys, not familiar with h.i.d's at all but, i was wanting to get the H.I.D's for my maxima's fogs. But the question i ran to was, which ones should i get? I know there H3's but, i was wanting to get some that are i little brighter like some 6000k cause i plan on getting some d2r 6000k lights bulbs later on the road. Are all of them the same? like some phillips 6000k or some ebay ones 6000k the same color? Thats what im not sure, i just dont wanna get some real different shade colors. any help/tip will be gladly appreciated. Oh and by the way, i searched before posting

soonerfan can kiss my a$$.The answer i was looking for was even though if some h.i.d's 6000k from phillips or some other company will throw out the same color? I've looked all over, but cant seem to find someone else asking that question so ive figured i would ask that question.

there is a thread where newbies can ask any question and not get flamed but you feel that you are special and get to start your own thread.

I don't know about other setups but the hottest setup I've seen is what I have...Helios 6000k d2r replacement bulbs, and the h3 small 6000k, doing it at the same time has a dramatic effect. I don't have experience with other brands so I can't make an opinion either way, but the helio's kit is mint. Check out that group deal

As a side note...6000k isn't brighter than stock setup...as you go up in color temp, technically, the light output measured in lumens, goes down.

Is it just me or does he have 3 gripes in every damn thread?

Search doesn't always work perfectly, lots of times I get too many results/no results because phrasing it correctly is so delicate.

God forbid I ask a question on a board that I PAID to use.

newbies like you see it as whining (cause they want to be spoon feed)
veterans who are sick and tired of daily threads like this see it as something else

there are plenty of threads where i dont gripe.
ask a legitimate question, and i will answer with more information that you would ever need to know.

Oh my God, newbie? Because I have 26 posts in one year? I can find the things I need just fine thanks. That really cuts me deeply coming from a 31 year old kid who rips people all day long on a message board.

You have never spoon fed me a thing, I've been modding/building cars for 25 years thanks.

Yea actually you are considered a newbie by number of posts! You could of registered back in 2003 and have 10 posts, you'd still be a NEWBIE!
