Want to quiet your intake and improve the low end?
Just thought I'd pass this along for what it is worth.
Have had the Berk intake with K&N filter for three years.
Never liked the whistle sound and slight feeling of loss of power at the low end.
Recently changed the K&N to the AME Dryflow Synthetic air filter. No oil, which I think is a plus with our sensative MAFs, but still reusable with cleaning.
With the AEM the "whistle" is gone, low end seems better, and still has growl with WOT. With regular driving it is very quiet. More quiet than with the K&N.
