Jerk or kick when slowing down

My car developed a jerk/kick when slowing down. The kick is coming from somewhere in the front end and feels harder or softer depending on how fast i am driving. There is only one kick/per slow down. Anyone can guess what it could be?

Auto transmission. It's not my MAF, I replaced it recently.

Sounds like the tranny is going to blow. If it feels & sounds like it's coming from the front floor or beneath your gas pedal, than that's the tranny. When my 2k2 auto tranny blew that's what I experienced.

I've on manually upshifted my auto tranny 3-4 times in its lifetime before it blew. I think it's more of a build quality problem with these trannies.

No, I think you need your own thread for your problem.

Sounds like you just need some new motor mounts my friend.

motor mounts huh? how much is this gonna run me? its weird tho cuz when im in 2nd and going 30+ i can fully release the gas w/o any noticable jerk. any slower and it jerks when i release the gas fully.. if im in 3rd gear and going going below 30, it will not jerk at all with gas release.. still sound like motor mounts?

hmmm....well try this...put it in 2nd, do about 15 mph constant, then release then tap the gas then release then tap the gas over and over rapidly...that should tell you if its motor mounts. if you feel the motor jerk like crazy after the release I would check em out.
