Starter troubles

Hello.

I have a 2000 Maxima GXE A/T which is having trouble starting. On Friday morning of last week, the car would not start. I figured it was the battery because it was old and corroded so I change it. No start. I then turned to the starter, which was replaced about 8 months ago. I was able to get another one under warranty and replaced it. It started up fine. Now this morning the car started and ran fine while I went and spent Mother's Day with the family. After getting home I decide to run to the store when the car does not start. It has a brand new battery and starter which was replaced two days ago. I don't know what it could be.

I tried testing the starter with my voltmeter and it is recieving power. I then try and start it again and it starts. When I cut the car off and try to start it again, it does not start, but I can hear the starter solenoid clicking. Also, after letting it sit for about 2 hours, I go back and try it again and it starts again. It also starts the next couple of times, but then stops. It seems like it will start once the starter motor has cooled down. I will try again in the morning to make sure.

If anyone has any ideas or needs any more information, please let me know. I am really in a bind here.

Thanks in advance.
