daytime running lights...

I leave my lights on all the time. (after twice having morons pull in front of me at 40 mph on a flat straight road in broad daylight.. the only 2 accidents I've had, both totals. claimed they just didnt see me.)

So... I wonder is it worth wiring 60% daytime running or just leaving them on as is at 100%? I doubt there is little mpg savings in that 40%. And I think running at reduced voltage will kill the bulbs faster than 100%. thoughts?

I would like to know how U do either? I know the I30z have dim lights. does the max have em too?
