Cant read the codes!!!!
I got an ABS light that came up. I went to two different shops today and they could not read of the computer. It says there is no communication. What could it be. ECM? or something else?

The CEL light is NOT on
The first thing I did was i checked all the fuses. Also I already checked the connector.
Actually I checked all the ABS fuses. Should i check any others?

^^ unfortunately....
any way to check for damaged sensor using a volt meter? I've had the ABS/TCS/Slip lights on for quite a while now and would like to fix it - just can't be arsed to pay the diagnostic fees... =/

As stated previously, you CANNOT read ABS codes without a "CON"sult tool. Nissan wasn't mandated by the feds to make the ABS system universally readable so they gave the stealerships a bone and made it unreadable by anything but the ConsultII tool.
That said, check your ABS lines. I've rubbed through one and through a code that way. If you've messed with your suspension or brakes lately, it might be loose and the rim could have rubbed through it. You have two routes at that point: replace the line to the tune of $150-$350 OR you can do what I did, splice the wires inside back together for $.50 worth of of crimp connections.
