Nissan Dealership cant figure it out...car wont start

Ok this problem has been an ongoing issue for me for the past several weeks. We replaced the clutch in my car, car was running fine before the replacement. Now the car will start once, smell bad of fuel and then once you cut it off never start again.
Now the car wont start at all. The other crazy thing is the car wont throw any CEL codes.
First mechanic said bad Crank Sensor so we installed a different one. Same issue.
Now the nissan dealership wants to replace every coil pack, and plugs. We replaced the plugs...still nothing.
All they claim they are getting with the consult system is Ignition System Failure and the next step is to replace every coil.

I just dont see how the clutch replacement has caused every coil to go bad when the car ran fine before.

The crank sensor is essentially a magnet that reads off a hunk of metal on the flywheel/flexplate to let the computer know to fire up the ignition system. If for some reason the transmission is cocked or the flywheel was not installed correctly perhaps the crank sensor is having difficulty picking up a reading and firing off a proper spark. Sounds like you've got plenty of fuel!
