I live in Los Angeles, and I wanted to know if anyone knows of a place in my area that can rewire my fog lights so they will come with my parking lights?

Look in the frequently asked questions section, you can printout the instructions and supply any mechanic with them.

get all the tools and follow russ's instructions..its easy...if not...go to some shop in your area with russ's instruction and give it to them
