Local shop says my hubs are warped??

Folks,
My 2000 Maxima SE has 106K miles on it and I recently replaced the rotors with Brembo blanks and a set of Raybestos ceramic pads due to wheel shimmy while braking. All this was done because even after my shop turned my stock rotors, they still couldn't get the shimmy out. My shops first recommendation was to have someone turn the rotors on the car, but they didn't have the equipment to do that. This suggestion was made because with the new rotors on the car, the put a dial on it and found the it was not spinning true and they blamed the hubs as being warped. They want $850 to replace both hubs and bearings, turn the rotors, and align the car.

My question to the forum is does all of this seem plausible? For the first 3-5000 miles on the new rotors I did not have any shimmy even though they were not turning true. If all of this is plausible, should I have them purchase OEM hubs or is there a better aftermarket available? Any help or suggestions with all of this is greatly appreciated.

you just need to buy the bearings and press them in to the hubs.
order them from daveb and then get a local shop to press them in.

i believe nissan says you're supposed to resurface the rotors on the car, and not on a brake lathe (the rotor 'turner' that you all call it)
