will 4th gen headers and y pipe fit on a 3.0L 5th gen?

 

I have them on my 03. Aside from EGR modifications, you're fine. Read my AM sticky re: SR20DEN's pioneering threads re: 4th gen headers on his 02.

EGR or not, that's your main ?.

If i understand correctly, the 4th gen headers would fit any 5th gen Cali spec w/ EGR system w/o modifications?
So the EGR ports are equally located for both generations?

I swear i searched , but couldn't find an answer for this question, so guys please don't flame me Thx

 

I also have the '99 headers on my car, there was a slight mixup with my order. I just had to buy the bung plug for the egr port.

 

as far as i knew, they fit 00-01's with no modification

I'm trying to help a friend w/ an I30, who is going to purchase the SSAC headers. Yeah, i know they are not the best ones and are far away from cattman in quality, but the decision is his.
