How much and were is a good place to buy a 5th gen clutch for my 4th gen Max ??? I thought about Dave B .. but can't figure a way to get a hold of him to price it for me ... if anyone knows, I'd be much appreciative.

I looked online some places and found ranges from $350 - 400 ... but that seems a bit much.

Exedy Racing Stage 1 will cost you less and is a bit better.

I have about 80K on mine with no issues.

My 2 ACTs died within 30K miles, never buy a ACT clutch for your Maxima.

 

The 5.5 gen clutch is an Exedy Stage 1

 

And since when does a 98 GXE come with a 3.5L w/6spd tranny ?
