When I first got the car did not like stock fogs output because the H.I.D were so bright, but when i got my angel eyes the stock fogs were just fine for driving at sunset time, i may have turn on my headlamps about 10x this summer, cause I always drive with my angel eyes they look so good. Stock bulbs! So far so good no cracks no blow outs!! (knock on wood)

You must not drive at night a lot, because those angel eyes are not too bright at night.

I had the PIAA Ion Crystal on my Max, and they were ok, but burned out more than I liked. I'm running Luminics JDM Yellow fogs now, and they're much better. A few bucks cheaper and much more yellow.

I have the Optilux halo/angel eye driving lights installed in mine.. I do like them though I have them off (just halos on) most of the time unless I need them and don't have oncoming traffic to deal with.

They were like 60 bucks for the pair.

6000k hids in stock housings. very nice but lots of glare.

tsx projector retrofit with 4300k hids in stock housings
perfect imo, no glare due to cutoff beam, wish i had a pic of them on, but they're stock tsx projos so im sure there are plenty of pics of those.

^^ those tsx retrofits are nice!! but why not retrofit them into the headlights? unless you are retrofitting another pair of projectors into your headlights.

Had:
- PIAA Xtreme Whites or whatever they were, halogen bulbs:

- Helios 6000k mini H3 35w HID kit, miss these a lot but the kit had problems:

Now:
- DDMTuning 6000k H3 55w HID kit, not as pretty as the Helios, but more light on the ground:

Damn that's different...little on the expensive side for just the foglights, but it is really cool. My super plasmas are STILL going (I've had them for a long damn time...maybe 3 1/2 years?) and i love them. They match the stock 4300k headlights almost perfectly:

i put them in the fogs because of the cutoff beam, i do actually get some bad fog by me(i live along a large river and early mornings can be nasty) and with projos and running just fogs and parking lights i can see very well. and i got the tsx projectors for a good deal but i thought they'd look kinda small in the headlights and they lined up into the fogs very easily so i thought id try them out. it was a very easy retrofit and very minor bumper mods, just a little trimming between the two top push mounts. im very happy with them. i'm suprisied i haven't seen more like it

i matched them up with 6000k low beams and 6000k hid high beams with front reflector delete. all wired so i run them all together if needed. i think its a good setup.

the only problem ive run into is that the stock fog wiring on my car is very thin and oxidized i had to cut back a bit to get fresh wire for splicing. my car has 80k.

I haven't used mine in two years since there are cracks and holes in mine. I did like it when they did work. I had PIAA H3 super whites. Gotta save up and buy some new ones.
